"Jika anak merasa sudah sendiri, ini berbahaya. Hidupnya terbiasa tidak berbagi dan nantinya ia akan merasa kesepian," jelas Rustika,r usai talkshow mengenai kebiasaan berbagi beberapa waktu lalu.

Anak akan merasa kesepian karena tidak terbiasa membangun kebersamaan dengan orang lain. Hal ini bisa terjadi disebabkan anak tak terbiasa bertemu atau berkomunikasi dengan dunia luar selain dirinya. Anak menjadi kikuk saat berhadapan dengan orang lain.

Sebaliknya, anak yang terbiasa bermain bersama dengan orang lain di lingkungannya lebih mudah berkomunikasi. Apalagi jika anak dilatih untuk membangun kebiasaan berbagi kepada orang lain, ia akan lebih mudah berkomunikasi. Komunikasi langsung tatap muka dengan orang lain ini tak bisa menggantikan komunikasi yang dibangun melalui dunia maya, jelas psikolog yang akrab disapa Tika ini.

"Meski anak mahir berkomunikasi melalui jejaring sosial, namun tak sama pengalaman dan kemampuannya ketika berkomunikasi langsung," lanjutnya.

Jika saat ini anak Anda masih terperangkap dengan dunianya sendiri, asik sendiri dengan berbagai fasilitas yang Anda berikan, sebaiknya segera ajak anak berbaur dengan lingkungan. Atau mulailah melatih kebiasaan baru dengan berbagi kepada orang lain yang tidak mampu. Dengan begitu anak terbantu melatih dirinya untuk beradaptasi dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan di sekitarnya.
